Daily, you can assist your body to effectively detox by:

 Drinking water with a squeeze of fresh lemon, (or 2 tbs of raw apple cider vinegar in 8 Oz water ) upon waking.
 Taking natural, unprocessed drinks in the form of a "greens" drink or smoothie daily

 Avoiding refined foods, sugar, processed and packaged foods.

Additionally, beware and minimize the use of toxic  household cleaners and personal health care products (cleansers, shampoos, deodorants and toothpastes), and substitute with natural alternatives.

Fasting is far more safe and effective when a solvent liquid diet, which is low in caloric value is consumed regularly. However, it is important to understand the process, seek expert advice for a successful cleanse. It is important to take time to give your body a total cleanse, at least twice a year; 7, 14, 21, 28, 35 or 42 days of much needed rest is one of the most important things you can do for your health; mind, body and spirit.
